Didymus

I just finished reading the next installment in The Hybrid Series by Andrew Harding.  This is not one that will let you down if you enjoyed the previous books.  More mysteries to solve, more of the lovable hybrids and their eclectic lifestyles, and more very intense sex.  An exceptional note is that although there is electrifying sex scenes in these books, the books offer more than just your typical sex scenes.  There's plot, intrigue, and characters that will amuse you, or pull a tear-jerker depending on your level of sensitivity.  If you haven't started reading this series, it's never too late to start with Split Decision (Book 1).

I will warn anyone that is the faint of heart, or anyone who can't handle very descriptive murder-esque scenes (although thankfully not mixed with the sex) to be cautious around these books.  Andrew Harding does something crafty with the words and seems to have the power to give the reader a very distinct visual of certain scenes.  You've been warned.  :)

More Naughty Wives!

Reed James has given us the final stories in the Naughty Wives series.

Once again we find Frank and Evie indulging in the more taboo things in life. This collection of three connected short stories is filled with sex, betrayal, and revenge. And while all three of these subjects were well executed, the sex was the focal point - and with good reason. In particular the first story, as it had several group scenes, included a very hot threesome that appeals to voyeurs and exhibitionists alike.

That was just one of the many great scenes in this book.  It was nice seeing the main characters, including everyone's favorite slave Cherry back again.  My one complaint is that this wrapped up the story arc of Evie and Frank rather nicely, and I don't think I'm ready to stop reading about them yet.  I hope that there are more erotic adventures including them in the future, but if there aren't then I'd have to say it was a nice note that ended the series.

Ruse

For a fast paced, quick erotica, check out Ruse.  Do not expect to fall in love with the main character.  For a change of pace, the main character Asta is unlovable and out for her own pleasure in the beginning.  Asta comes across as manipulative, guarded, and vain as she seeks to make her arch nemesis life miserable.  I'll admit, whatever the ruse was supposed to be was kind of lost on me, and the reason why.  But the downright devious Asta starts coming out of her shell more and more as she manipulates her real love interest.
The writing style is unique, and offers alternating points of view to give a better understanding from the characters.  I would have liked to see this story lengthened a bit, adding more depth to the characters and explinations to the reasons why everything was happening.  However, it was a decent quick erotica that will provide some entertainment.
